How we buy
Long-standing weaving and dyeing partners across Keqiao, Zhuji, Xiaoshan and Haining. We choose the loom to fit the cloth — water jet, air jet, rapier or jacquard — rather than pushing every order through one mill.

You send a header, a hanger, a tech pack or simply a description. We come back with the nearest running quality, the closest engineered alternative, and a price against your Incoterm and port.
Reply inside 24 hoursSampling and lab dips
Hanger samples from stock, lab dips to your Pantone or physical standard, and strike-offs for prints and jacquards. Shade approved under D65 with TL84 and incandescent cross-checks for metamerism.
5–7 working daysYarn and weaving
Yarn booked to count and lustre, then woven on the loom that suits the cloth — water jet for filament, air jet for spun, rapier for yarn-dyed and jacquard work. Greige inspected before it moves.
7–12 days by constructionDyeing, printing and finishing
Piece dyeing, digital and rotary printing, then the finish the end use asks for: calendering, peaching, sanding, water repellency, PU and PA coating, TPU lamination, anti-static, flame retardancy.
6–10 daysInspection and testing
Four-point inspection on the roll, GSM and width verified against the approved sample, shade banding recorded per lot, and third-party laboratory reports issued where the buyer or the market requires them.
Reports before shipmentPacking and shipment
Rolls in PE sleeve and woven bag, or board-wound and cartoned for air. Documents prepared for your customs regime, container loaded and moved through Ningbo-Zhoushan or Shanghai.
